Historic Kansas City 2026 Annual Membership Meeting

Join Historic Kansas City on Tuesday, May 12th for our 2026 Annual Meeting at the Bruce R. Watkins Cultural Heritage Center.

This year’s program will include a review of Historic Kansas City’s work over the past year, followed by a keynote presentation by Erik Stafford, who will address the importance of the built environment and preservation to African American heritage in Kansas City. The evening will also include the organization’s annual business meeting, with the election of officers and board members.

The Annual Meeting is your opportunity as a member of Historic Kansas City to engage directly in the organization’s work and governance, while also hearing about ongoing advocacy, education efforts, and priorities for the year ahead.
